Weekly checkins
Online coaching is where you employ James as your 1-2-1 coach. He will program for you but online only. Once the consultation call is complete, James will personally design a program specifically for the client to perform in his/her time. He will also request that the client do regular checkins & one weekly online coaching call. This will help maintain a high level of accountability and maintain the clients consistency.
This is a rather popular & fantastic option. Not only does it allow the client to train at their own facility of choice but keeps the client on the right track for them. The client has a plan laid out for them, with clear, precise and achievable goals. It is a great way to stay accountable, motivated most importantly, consistent.
